RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR LIMEAPPLE PURCHASE. WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF UNWORN, UNWASHED MERCHANDISE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF original shipment DATE. ALL GARMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. 

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let’s make things right.

  • Refund:Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Please note that we offer the option of sending you a shipping label for your refund return, at the cost of $7.99, which we will deduct from your refund OR you are able to pay to ship the box yourself without our shipping label. Returns must be sent out within 60 days of your original shipment date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Exchange:  If you need a different size, color, or pattern, we’re happy to help and exchanges are  freeas long as you use our shipping label. Exchanges must be sent out within 60 days of your original shipment date to be eligible for an exchange.

 

  • Store Credit: Receive a Limeapple store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label and a  BONUS $7 credityou can use toward finding something else you’ll love. Returns can receive a store credit for up to 60 days of the original shipment date.

Please note, Items from our Sale and Outlet section can only be exchanged for another item or the credit can be put on to a gift card.  We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on headgear & gift cards.

In order to receive a refund or exchange:

  • All hangtags must be attached to the garment
  • You must include the receipt and/or printed shipment email

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Email   sales@limeapple.comand let us know what you are returning and why. 
  2. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  3. Print the address tag for USA or Canada and affix it to the package to be returned. 
    Include a copy of the receipt in the package (or printed shipment email).
  4. Ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our shipping label.

 

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.

EXCHANGES

  • We will ship the new item to you via ground delivery at no extra charge (Canadian and US orders only).
  • If you wish to have the item expedited, you will be responsible for the additional charges.

Holiday Returns Policy

  • Items purchased between November 1 st, 2017 and December 25 th, 2017, may be returned until January 31 st, 2018. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Limeapple.com Refunds Policy are still applicable. All purchases made after December 25 th, 2017 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
